manage your investment for you. We offer a full line of management services for a low fee on any type of
property you have.
- Post a "For Rent" sign at the property and advertise the property in the local newspaper.
- Strictly screen all applicant(s) to include but not necessarily limited to a credit check, require current ID and current pay stubs, verify employment status, and verify rental reference, past and present.
- Show and promote the property to approved applicants.
- Complete all paperwork including a 12 month lease.
- Collect the rent monthly.
- Handle any collection issues if tenant does not pay rent. Lawyer fee may be extra.
- Monthly pest control (fee based).
- Monthly inspection of the property by Property Manager
or Leasing Agent, issue notices to tenants for any lease violations
if noted.
- Issue a monthly income statement to the property
owner which shows rent income, management fee, any expenses incurred
on the property. These statement are usually generated on the 25th of
each month.
- Handle all maintenance requests for the property
per our local contractors.
- Ten (10) per cent per monthly.
- Annual fee equal to ½ month property rental.
- Lease only, fee equal to 1st month's rent.
A twelve (12) month annual contract is required with annual renewals.
