- There is a $15.00 non-refundable applicant fee for each person over the age of eighteen (18).
Applications are kept active for ninety (90) days. Applications will not be processed until the fee(s) are
received.
- Application can be picked up at our Culpeper Office or Self Storage or Orange, submitted online, emailed,
faxed, or mailed.
- Proof of ID (Va. Drivers License, Passport, Green Card etc.) and the last three (3) current pay stubs are
required with each submitted application for each applicant.
- Applications must be processed and approved before showing the property.
- Our residential leases are for twelve (12) months. From time to time we may permit
a shorter lease, however there is an additional fee of one hundred & twenty ($125.00) dollar per month.

- Security Deposit equivalent to one (1) month's rent is required. In some
applications the security deposit required may be higher.
- Rental payments are due the 1st day of each month. There are no grace days. A
thirty five ($35.00) dollars late fee is charged if rent is not paid by the 1st day and an additional charge
of thirty five ($35.00) dollars is charged if all or part of the rent is not received by the 15th day
of the month.
- Pets are allowed at most of our properties, however we do have a pet policy.
A three ($300.00) hundred dollar non refundable fee per pet is required, the pet cannot exceed
35 lbs. in adult weight, certain dogs are not allowed and an additional monthly fee of thirty
five ($35.00) dollars per pet is charged to the monthly rent.
