at the telephone number listed above for each location, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on

All prices are subject to change.
- RENT
- Rent is payable by the first of the month. We do not send
monthly statements. If your payment
is not received or is not postmarked by the 3rd, you will be charged a $10.00 late fee and your unit
is subject to be locked out! Units that are locked out due to delinquency will be unlocked only
after certified funds, including all late fees, have been collected.
- VACATING
- Payment is made for the full month and is not refundable
if the unit is vacated early. In order not to be charged
for the next whole month, your unit must be vacated
prior to the first of the month. Tenant agrees to maintain unit in good
condition,
and upon termination of lease,
to return the leased unit in clean and undamaged condition.
- INSURANCE
- We do not insure for your stored goods; however, we provide a source of insurance. A brochure
will be given at the time of rental.
- LOCKS
- You must furnish your own lock. Only one lock may be used on each storage door.
No perishable or hazardous items, including highly flammable or highly volatile products,
shall be placed in the leased premises by occupant.
